At the Shed we focus on precision and alignment whilst holding Yoga postures as well as balanced and flowing movements linking one posture to another.  Our aim is to make you aware of your patterns and habits and to understand how you can minimise limitations and embrace change and growth to better achieve your full potential.  We will teach you how to focus the mind through breathing techniques and meditation and allow yourself to rest and find peace in a short relaxation.  You will leave the class feeling calm, centered, yet beautifully energised.
