A safe, fun and imaginative program that utilizes stories, music, traditional Yoga poses and creative Yoga poses, breathing and relaxation to pass on to children the tools for living happy and healthy lives.

It introduces creative activities to stimulate a child’s imagination, along with fun play based activities into the practice of yoga for children. Whilst having fun, the children learn life skills and important values such as; acceptance of themselves and others, courage, truthfulness and trust.

Classes are conducted for 7-12 year olds.
