How Kids Yoga works

A safe, fun and imaginative program that utilises stories, music, traditional Yoga poses and creative Yoga poses, breathing and relaxation to pass on to children the tools for living happy and healthy lives.

Our Kids Yoga classes introduce creative activities to stimulate your child’s imagination, along with fun play-based activities into the practice of yoga for children. While having fun, the children learn life skills and important values such as acceptance of themselves and others, courage, truthfulness and trust.

Classes are conducted for children aged 7 to 12.
