Our Mat Pilates classes involve a series of conditioning exercises performed on the floor. These exercises focus on building strength and control from your deep core muscles, to help support and stabilise your body throughout movement.

How it works

In these classes, our expert coaches will help you strengthen your deep abdominal, lower back and pelvic floor muscles, lengthen tight muscles and develop your understanding and execution of good posture and alignment.

You will develop breath control, body awareness, coordination and balance as well as more efficient patterns of movement. The smooth motions of this low impact exercise are easy on the joints and can be done by people of all ages and fitness levels.

You will learn exercises that you can do at home, at work or take with you on holidays.

Our Mat Pilates classes utilise the magic circle, franklin ball, thera-band and foam rollers.
